Mike Riccardini is our ProctorPRO and administrator in charge of scheduling applicants for testing and overseeing our Remote Testing process. His prior experience overseeing computer-delivered exams has helped him approach this position with a focus on streamlining the testing journey for both staff and candidates through improved processes and organization, while his background as a writer has proven to be highly beneficial in reviewing reports and procedural documents. He looks forward to continuing to learn and grow as a member of the Psychological Dimensions team.
