Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Stephenson is a clinical psychologist licensed in Virginia, West Virginia, and PSYPACT participating states. Dr. Stephenson earned his Masters degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Doctorate degree from Marshall University. He completed his predoctoral internship at the Oklahoma Forensic Center. Additionally, he completed a Fellowship in Forensic Psychology through the Tulane University Medical School. Currently he works as a contracting psychologist where he performs pre-employment screenings, critical incident debriefs and fitness for duty evaluations. Additionally, he works at a private practice where he conducts a variety of psycholegal evaluations for the courts including risk assessment, competence to stand trial, and criminal responsibility
