Pre-Employment Screening

PD provides pre and post-offer suitability screening evaluations of candidates for police, fire and public safety organizations as well as private corporations. Evaluations include administration of a select battery of psychological tests and a detailed, semi-structured formal interview with a licensed psychologist. PD provides agencies with prompt suitability determinations for each applicant and a copy of the report. If needed, PD also provides case consultation.

PD offers evaluations to determine the psychological fitness of existing employees and thier ability to perform their duties. These evaluations include phone consultation with department or agency administration prior to the evaluation, a review of available background data, administration of a select battery of psychological tests, a formal one-on-one evaluation and a comprehensive report to the agency.
